Why you should attend?

Why is it that the infrastructure system in Africa largely perceived as being ‘too complex’ a problem and intractable’? We do not know the extent to which infrastructure complexity is an embodiment of global challenges like food security, inequality, and poverty. How much of this problem can be explained by complexity? The more we learn to fix, the more complicated it becomes. The conference will aim to address the primary question what complexities of infrastructure system are we fixing and why?

Call for Papers

Authors are invited to submit abstracts in English of not more than 300 words for peer review by the scientific and technical committee by not later than 30th December, 2017. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references. Each abstract should indicate the topic of the conference the proposed paper will address, and give the name and full contact details of the author to be contacted concerning the paper.
